Loud music all day from neighbors management that doesn’t answer the texts or do nothing about the loud neighbors, appliances that are old and falling apart the bedroom is full of black mold and water comes down from the window when it’s raining, restroom full of mold too.
Made an appointment to see one of the apartments there and met Maria (property manager) extremely nice and personable. The apartment we toured was going through a renovation and was perfect for my needs. What sold me on the place was knowing that there is a great front office to work with. I'm looking forward to moving there soon.
