Serra Saginaw service dept is the best service dept I have ever been at. Professional and well organized . I dealt with Tom Raczok , he answered every question was courteous and knows what he's doing . This is my first at a Serra service dept. Won't be my last !
Great place for service! We take all our vehicles there for oil changes etc. Sometimes the lines are a little long but that usually means they are doing a great job and are busy :) Definitely recommended.
Doug in the service center was extremely helpful. I had to have my car towed to the dealership for service. Doug offered a courtesy shuttle to and from my house when needed and even offered to get me in a temporary car if my car would not be ready the next business day. Excellent customer service and speedy fix on my Tahoe. Thank you!
Salesperson Mike Lavender, sales manager Scott Weiler and finance manager Terry Franz made buying a car as easy as buying a pair of shoes. I live in NY and called multiple states to inquire about a vehicle for my parents. Mike picked up the phone and was super polite and not pushy. He offered a very fair deal and we accepted.
