RecommendedI recommend anyone car shopping to go to Serra. Great customer service from everyone there. I highly recommend Herb Waits - he goes above and beyond. All the Serra personnel is great but Herb is my favorite.

Having just moved back to Michigan from Texas, I had the unfortunate experience of my Equinox stalling out at random times. I took my SUV to Serra where I was greeted by Doug Haas. He was very helpful and professional, updating me and assisting with my warranty information. I greatly appreciated his customer service.
