DO NOT RENT HERE DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! We moved in 3 months ago to what seemed like a clean, decent apartment. Soon after moving in, we realized our bathroom fan and vent were covered with 10+ years of crusted on dust. This has made both of us extremely sick. We have reached out to management consistently but have received no help.
Don’t rent here unless you have no other choice Have been living here for about 6 months and it’s been a nightmare. Water is off every other week and hot water works about every other day. The washer machines have been broke for almost a month and the list goes on and on. If you want to live somewhere that doesn’t fix anything then this is the place to be.

Serra Bella Apartments In short, these are relatively cheap, fairly large apartments, where you get what you pay for. As long as you are fortunate to avoid serious maintenance issues, it's not a bad deal, but if you do encounter issues it's difficult to get them fixed in a timely fashion. Most units have louvered/shuttered windows that close to varying degrees and fail to filter out a significant amount of road noise.
