I bought a used 2007 jaguar from these good folks. The car was clean, low mileage, and ron treated me very well. I want to thank the service department as well for doing what they could to get me out with the car the same day Thank you serra for the awesome experience!
Within a week of buying a car started having problems
Was told I would walk right in at 4pm to sign paperwork as it was already typed and then waited for 45min only to find out the appointment before me for 3pm showed up late and was taken back before me! I'm very upset and almost walked out of Serra in Saginaw because evidently my time is not important to the used car finance department. Lucky for them I'm loyal to my salesperson. Very unprofessional. Might reconsider going there next time.
I can't help but feel ripped off by Serra Saginaw . I was interested in a vehicle I saw on FB Marketplace. When we got there for a test drive, I had concerns such as our grandbabies carseats, not being a four wheel drive, and being short, I had concerns of visibility while driving. I was told by salesman to put weight in the back, sit on something while driving, and if the carseats don't work out well, call him and he'll see what he could do.
