I have brought my Audi A6 in twice and worked with Garthe Alderman, Audi Service Advisor, at Audi Traverse City. The first time was a routine service appointment and the second was an emergency tire replacement. In both instances Garthe was outstanding to work with! He was extremely professional and first class all the way. He treated me the way customers should be treated. It was a great job by Garthe and the mechanics at Audi Traverse City.
