Terrible logistics. Waited around all day for a delivery to only find out they did not have my delivery ready and did not know who scheduled the delivery date with me. Very unorganized, slow, and I would not recommend at all.
If possible to give a negative score I would rate this company -3 !!! DANGER DANGER. Employees of this company lie and the management backs them up.MART BRAVO was disrespectful of me and my home during the performance of his duties. Serpro logistics made delivery of a new range. I requested removal be made through the back door. MART BRAVO disregarded my request and took the range through the front door causing damage to the door facing, also approx 18 inches of the face of the door were scrapped off.
