Let me preface this by saying: I have never written a bad review before. I'm not easily rattled, and I tend to give places the benefit of the doubt. But after my experience living here (and more importantly, paying to not live here) I feel obligated to warn others. I loved living here. I lived in apartment 13 for 3 1/2 years. Yes it can be loud, you can hear people outside and the trucks at the loading dock but that is part of living in the city. It is close to great food and easy to get on I5 or Aurora. It is .5 miles from greenlake and 1 mile from gas works. There is so much light and charm. Ok Update, I just got a bill for $1400! A resident was dead inside the building for over a month. My neighbor informed me that she tried several times to contact the landlord and she was extremely unhelpful and difficult to get a hold of and wouldn't go to check on him. On the day he was found, my neighbor had to call 911 and have the police and king county medical examiner come. The neighbors tried contacting upper management as our apartment manager does not respond to requests.
