If I could give zero stars I would. I took my partner there who suffers from chronic pain and myriad of other health conditions. We have no idea what Dr. Serpa looks like because he did not see us, instead he sent his ARNP Garcia. Nurse Garcia was nice and knowledgeable but he advised that because certain info was not appearing on their system they could not treat her that day. His charming personality, professionalism, great knowledge, and an amazing sense of humor, make me feel very secure. I am so glad that I made the right decision to be under his care.
