My time spent with Mr. Seropian today was so very refreshing, he took his time looking through my broken, miss matched, old, and unwanted jewelry. He offered a great price, then we shook hands. Great person and great service
UPDATE: Another tricky but effective repair to my watch by the talented Ben! THANK YOU! Was heartsick when some diamonds fell out of a beloved ring and wanted to go to someone reasonable and trustworthy for repairs. Ben was definitely the best person to go to. Not only did he complete the repairs quickly, including replacing a claw, he cleaned and polished it so it looks like new! Thrilled with the results! Fantastic work by a very talented man. Highly recommend!
This is a very hard review for me to write as Ben is the sweetest man. But because there was more than one occurrence and then the cost for me to repair the damages, I didn't want this to happen to anyone else. I went in to have my brand new engagement ring sized and to have a silver CZ replica made for travel. I received my ring back yellowed, dull and misshaped. It was supposed to be a 5.5 but was a 5.75.
