Sernio's ruined the body paint on my car when they polished it! Horrible customer service! I had to come back three times to fix their mistakes and my car has so many cat like scratches!
I have been going there for over 25 years and they are always more than fair and they always do superb work. They do much more than collision repairs.
These guys are great.. Not only are they great to their customers but to their vendors as well.. Got into an accident yesterday outside their shop and Anthony, Pete and Fran were very attentive to me in making sure to get police on the scene
If you need any kind of body work take your car to Sernio's. The quality of the work is impeccable and the staff is friendly and professional.
