Unbelieveable service, great experience! – I recently purchased diamonds from Serjeo. You must set an appointment with him so he can work with you one on one and I have to say that it was a far more positive experience than I ever thought possible. I was never rushed and never felt forced to buy. I too was somewhat ignorant but after 30 minutes with him, I was much more educated. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Honest and Fair – I went to Serjeo asking for an appraisal on a ring which I am trying to sell. Rather than simply taking my money and drafting an appraisal, he recommended against it saying it would be a waste of my money on something I intend to sale anyways.
