I took my daughters there today for the first time for her birthday, they loved it! There 7 and 9, the staff and the owner are amazing! I already booked haircuts for my girls in two weeks! Thank you for everything!
I'm not sure if the girl's name is Samantha or Amanda, the one that has a green hair-she is the BEST employee at Middle Village location. Well mannered, most fun, very nice with kids, always smiles, good energy. Thank you so much! Was invited with my girls to the Beautiful BDay Party, really enjoyed, kids had fun, their words: BEST PARTY EVER!!! It was pleasure!
My three daughters and I went today to the one in Middle Valley and OMG this place is amazing!!!!!!!!! The customer service was amazing and the owner Mrs.Karen is a doll! She truly is amazing with the kids and the parents. We arrived super early for our appointment and she served us juice and hung up our coats and her and I had great conversations while we waited for the techs to come in.
