They never answer the phone. Every time I call, I’m left on hold for over an hour. Yesterday, I called at 3 PM and stayed on hold until they closed at 4:30—no one ever picked up. That’s unacceptable. I also spoke to a man there who clearly doesn’t understand anything about women’s health. I asked if I could get my birth control shot a week early because I was leaving the state for a couple of months. He told me no it’s too early. Todo con el doctor muy bien pero hasta ahí el doctor bien atento pero cuando llamas por teléfono para hacer una cita estás como estúpido hasta más de media hora esperando a que contesten y nadie contesta Esto está bien mal tienen que hacer un plan de trabajo y decir de qué horas a qué horas van a contestar el teléfono para no tener a uno como estúpido para el doctor muy bueno servicio de llamadas de lo peor yo nunca me había topado con un servicio de llamadas como este

Dr Ramirez is patient, attentive and knowledgeable. He takes time to listen to your concerns and address them appropriately. The office staff is also very nice, I didn’t had any issues with my visit.
