We have been renters for more than a year. We are both professional who are renting between owning houses because of the market. Fox Property management is unresponsive and unprofessional. Our calls go unreturned. The punch list of repairs from move in was never complete. When the leaking roof finally was fixed after weeks of raining into the kitchen, we gave up on the remainder of the list. Those repairs and others reported are never made.
