Sergio was amazing. We just got through a 15-day escrow which would have been impossible with Sergio lining everything up behind the scenes and help us throughout the process. Sergio and Ivonne did an outstanding job representing our VA buyer in Almaden/San Jose. Their negotiation skills truly stood out, they were able to secure over $20K in seller credits, which exceeded expectations. The buyer was able to use those credits to cover closing costs and buy down the rate, resulting in a fantastic overall financing outcome.
