I CALLED FROM AN IMAGING COMPANY I'VE CALLED THIS OFFICE 3 TIMES IN A ROW EACH TIME BEING THROWN ON HOLD UPON THE PHONE BEING ANSWERED AND LEFT ON HOLD FOR OVER 5 MINS EACH TIME! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AS I WAS CALLING TO GET AN ORDER FAXED FOR A PATIENT. TALK WITH YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF DOCTOR!
Hola solo para que sepan el servicio de ahí es pésimo no con el doctor sino en reacción primero te dice cuando llega uno te dicen que la aseguranza no abria autorizado y por empezar tenía que llenar unos papeles desde antes que llegue no abia nadie en reacción paso como 20mn. Y luego me dijeron que mi aseguranza no la abia autorización me isieron llenar uno papeles y espera por más de 20 a 30 MN y nadie me daba información llegue a mi casa y me llamaron diciendo que por
