We sat in the office after checking in for 40 minutes and when we inquired if we missed the name call we were informed that they forgot to check us in. This is completely unacceptable. We were there for pain management and the whole experience was painful right down to the chairs in the waiting room which were extremely uncomfortable. Never again.
