Dr. Gizburg is a great doctor, so I hate to write this review. However, getting someone at the front desk isn't easy: the phone rings and rings. I was calling for my husband to ask a question because he says he calls, but can't get through. Now I feel his sentiments. Someone should always be available to answer questions during work hours, which is unacceptable. I called five different times; no answer. I had to call another urology department (phone answered) to send a message. Sorry
