RecommendedThe Serfas RX saddles are excellent, I’ve had the Road/Mtb Race ready saddle on my Road bike for a few months and it’s fit and feel is perfect. I like it so much that I just purchased one for my MTB. It’s heavier than my MTB saddle but For the few grams, I could care less. Great products made for riders of all shapes and sizes.
I've had a Serfas light for years. I ordered and installed a new battery. For some reason the light failed...tried the old battery and nothing. Contacted Serfas and sent my light in. They refunded my battery replacement and sent me a replacement light! What a fantastic company and experience....thanks Jenny!!!
Horrible experience. Emailed through the website my frustration over a bad front light ( which is discontinued btw way now plus the many straps that broke for it ) and no response for a week. Then when specifically calling the 1 800 number the employee that answered after mentioning my problems hung up on me. Will continuously tell my biker friends and the dealer where I bought it how unprofessional this company is and some of the bad products they produce.
Customer service is horrible. They will not return phone calls or emails. I have had a seat on order for over a month now and no one can tell me where it is. For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to call 3-4 times a day to talk to someone!!
Quality parts and service
I was the only Serfas distributor in Nigeria West AFRICA, I used the product and experiences the good quality for the price.
I purchased a 70 lumen rechargeable light at my LBS a couple weeks ago. It stopped working for no apparent reason. I reached out to Serfas for some trouble shooting help and Jenny replaced the light after seeing a photo. Customer for life.

Serfas make the best gloves in the world (Serfas RX) but your customer service sucks. I have tried contacting on three occasions via email, inquiry via my account in the shop, and facebook message - weekly for the last three weeks, and haven't received one response to my correspondence via the issue that I have with my order. Three strikes. One last chance.
