My superb Las Vegas bike shop (Peloton) recommended the 100-lumen front light and 35-lumen taillight late last year. I’ve been extremely pleased with how well drivers react to me during my 15-mile commute. I had a problem with the Thunderbolt tail light, and the Serfas team was extremely responsive and resolved the problem to my satisfaction. Thumbs Up … and Lights Up to Serfas.
After a rather large pothole on a late night commute left me with 2 flat tyres and an 8 mile walk home, I bought my first proper light,a True 1000. Amazing company. The sales representative are awesome both inside and outside the company. If I have any problems they are only a quick phone call away and are always willing to help me out. Serfas product has also proven to be amazing!
Great products!!! I have a Serfas saddle, lights, and seat bag on my road bike. I will always have there stuff on my bike.
