We worked with Michael Sutton from Sereno during the Covid19 pandemic and he actually took the time to give us a socially distanced (we followed him in our car) 3 hour driving tour of our target neighborhoods. Mike knows the market and has a great working relationship with the realtors in the area. He knows houses before they even come on the market. We were able to win with multiple competing offers.
Horrible customer service. Never followed through with replies or promises!!
