Friendly staff amazing communication keeping you in the loop with your loved ones. I would not go with anyone else. The way they cared for Nana and Paw Paw I mean they really cared made sure they were stocked with necessities and everything I need more stars to give them 100/10 Kudos to the staff here!!!!!
The staff here and overall services are great! They take good care of my loved one and I have seen so much improvement in my loved one since being under their care!
They are pretty useless. They sleep while on duty. They said that you have to pay in advance for care and that if the patient dies or goes to a facility then you get reimbursed for what was not used. Then after the patient died they say they are making an exception to their policy and will refund the money.
The worker who we had to take care of my granny was professional and a total sweetheart. The owner was very professional and anytime we had an issue , which we rarely did, it was addressed and fixed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.
