i am a new patient for this dentist office. I found the staff very friendly and efficient. I was seen within minutes of my arrival and check in was easy. I had X-rays and a cleaning which went great as well. I have some work ahead but nothing major. Walking me through the concerns with the dentist was straight forward and easily understood. I visited serenity dental yesterday 11/10/25. It was my first time there i had really bad toothache so I went in for an exam but am so thankful that they went ahead to do the extraction. My experience was amazing both dee and Dr Patel they so nice and attentive and I will definitely be going back for further dental needs. I highly recommend them .

Highly recommend Dr. Patel. Had a tooth crack and was in tremendous pain. He was able to work me in the same day, treat the immediate issue and get me on a comfortable path for a long term solution. Staff very talented and empathetic. Major impact on me and I will definitely be back.

Been going here for quite a few years, they’ve had their new ownership changeover, which I think went pretty smoothly. The last few times I’ve gone, it has been the same staff and a few new faces. This I appreciate, really like having the same person, especially when they do a great job.! I’ve been fortunate enough to not need anything but cleaning at this point.

I have been going to this office for several years. Recently there was a change in ownership but the staff, care, and new doctor/owner are still amazing. Thorough, gentle, personable and professional. They're always busy, but you never feel rushed.
