I came into the office with a tooth ache and no clue how bad off my tender tooth was. To be noted: I am a very nervous person when it comes to working on my teeth. While finding out that I will need a root canal (first experience with such) I cried and did a lot of anxious talking. Dr. Russel took his time, he walked me through the terrifying process as I nervously laughed and uncontrollably shed tears, Dr. Russel was so very gentle and kind! I was terrified of this root canal. I called in because my tooth was feeling like it may have a cavity they got me and that day and checked my teeth overwhelmed I was extremely satisfied with the attitude and the timeliness of all involved thank you very much
