Very relaxing. First experience and loved it. You must try the detox also, amazed! Wish we had one in Virginia nearby.
The staff was very nice and the process simple and straight forward. This was my first time at a salt cave, so at first I was working to get into the spirit of things. Once I finally got comfortable in the zero gravity chair, it was a breeze. I even fell asleep. When it was time for my session to end I was extremely relaxed and revitalised. My allergy symptoms have been gone since i left. I plan to go back next month 🤗 highly recommend adding this to any holistic care plans!

I love going to Serenity Salt Cave. I have gone several times over the last 1 1/2 years and taken many family members when they visit from Chicago or Kansas City. We also enjoyed the foot detox. I live in Spring Hill and very excited to hear about a new location in Thompson Station. Any idea when that location will open?
