RecommendedI go to the one in Spring Hill. I have skin allergies and going once a month relieves the itching! Plus, it’s so relaxing! Another thing I noticed, I have(had) acid reflex so bad that I was on meds every day. Since I’ve been going to the salt cave, I’ve not taken one pill or had a bout with it! 5 months and still feeling good!

I along with my sister and mom went for Mother's Day the experience was everything so we each purchased 5 more sessions a piece ....Talk about a place to forget about everything else that's going on in the world ....������...WE WILL BE BACK !
This place is magical! I’ve never had a bad experience here. It is incredibly relaxing and transformative. And the owner is super generous and frequently donates sessions to our school for fundraisers. I highly recommend this place.
I took complete ownership for arriving late at 1 pm and not 15 minutes early. I tried apologizing but was cut off and told off. Will never again visit the Nolensville location. I've never been treated so poorly, disrespected and flat out rude! Terrible customer service by Megan. No one should be working in the people service industry that doesn't know how to treat a customer. To think this was supposed to be a relaxing experience and it was quite the opposite. I went for the first time on this past Sunday and I was thoroughly surprised at how much I enjoyed it. It's been a real stressful time for me and I welcomed the opportunity to try it out. It was so relaxing and it calmed my nerves. It helped with some sinus issues also. It's also affordable. There are great deals on Groupon too.
My first salt cave experience and it was great. I went back and bought another Groupon to go back again! My allergies are better after one visit.
