I have rented here for 13 years and still counting. The new owner is great, he keeps the place up to date with constant up dates and is easy to work with. If something breaks you just tell him and he takes care of it. If you or your clients are hot or cold you just text the owner and immediately he adjusts the temperature to accommodate you.
