Sir: We wish to make a recommendation on Lee R***** Lee R**** handled our roofing job since we had hail damage June 10 2023 Wonderful, great job he has absolutely bent over backwards and went and above and beyond handling everything for us from Checking the roof from day 1 to getting with the person that came out to check the roof. Danielle and Serenity Roofing made our roofing replacement so easy! From picking out the color to dealing with the insurance company she was there every step of the way! I made a mistake which caused the payment from the insurance company to be delayed about 4 weeks after job completion. I never felt any pressure or frustration over this from Danielle or Serenity. Serenity Roofing is an A1 company! The team made our roof replacement experience painless. They kept our wants and wishes as a priority from our first meeting all the way through the completion of the project. I felt the Serenity support from every level in the organization. The crafts even made 3 trips around the house with magnets making sure no nails were left behind. I recommend this team!

Serenity Roofing & Construction Is the best roofing company I ever have the pleasure to engage. My roof at my home needed repair, I was given a very competitive price, the company was able to schedule me in very quickly. They show up on time and completed the work the same day. The work was done professionally and they cleaned up after they are done. They are the best.

Tom and his crew made the process an easy one, letting me know, step by step, what to expect. The job, including a thorough cleanup, was completed in one day! Wish I could give 10 stars! We had our 20 year old house roof and 18 year old garage w/apt roof replaced in December 2018. Billy and his crew were amazing! Billy knows the ins and outs of homeowner insurance which helps tremendously when dealing with insurance companies. The entire roof replacement, from the delivery of roofing materials, the work team arriving, the clean up, and the inspection went EXACTLY as we were told it would.
