These guys are liars and crooks. – Do not use! They stole $5000 and left the job unfinished. Won't return calls even though they are still "in business". Never, Never, Never!
Very poor experience – I saw all the reviews both positive and negative and mine is on the thumbs down side. This company promises much but delivers little. Nice presentation upfront but once they get your money forget about it. Rarely if ever returns phone calls and contracting practices and workmanship raise a lot of questions. Outstanding service – This has been an unbearably hot summer. But thanks to Serenity pool and spa we have barely noticed. 2 yrs ago my brother had a pool installed by Serenity. Horrible Experience – Update: Search BBB and Ripoff Report. There is even a YouTube video from an angry customer. It was not a good experience. They made excuses for not working or returning calls. They would begin other jobs before finishing up ours, which did not sit well with us. The job took longer than they said it would, and I got the impression that they take on too many projects, more than they can handle or support. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY – We had a really bad experience with this company and I would not recommend anyone using them. Like the previous reviewer said, they talk a good talk, have references and fancy materials for presentation but they do not live up to the claims they make on their website. They overbook jobs, do not hire skilled labor, and the owner is only on site at the very beginning and when he wants his checks. We really regret using them, don't make the same mistake we did.
