Nice friendly salon. Clean.
To start, I hate to leave this review because I normally love going here. However, I went in yesterday to get a set of acrylic nails for a wedding, and had a terrible experience. The technician cut me in three separate places. I told him that one of my nails was crooked and asked if he could redo the nail and he laughed and said no he didn't have time. He rushed through the whole experience. Today, I go to get ready for the wedding and my nails are an absolute mess. They are bubbling up and the paint is peeling off. This was... read more
Beautiful setting - clean, bright, new pedicure chairs, easy checkin system. Staff was kind and friendly, and my walk-in was taken right away. Ricci was very nice and accommodated my request to have her show me how she did her hot towel wrap! She gave a great pedicure and excellent paint!! Will definitely be visiting this salon on a regular basis.
Went to serenity for the first time last week (Sunday). Typically frequent nail world, but gave this place a shot! I had a great pedicure, and the salon was updated and clean. However, my gel manicure is unfortunately not even close to as good as how my pedicure was. Typically, my gel nails hold about 2-3 weeks before getting them re done.
