Don’t bother making a reservation! If a walk in comes in before you, you will wait until they’re done. They don’t understand the principle behind honoring one’s reservation!😡 Waiting 30 minutes is not acceptable!
I had an appointment today and for the second time I had to wait more than 30 minutes after my appointment time. I only got a pedicure and not a manicure ( appointment was for both) simple because I run out of time. I will not be coming back.
Today was not my day. The Uber driver dropped me off in the wrong place, and I didn’t know why my iPhone’s internet wasn’t working. So I could not set Uber again. I am not their customer, but they still borrowed their wifi to help me call my husband. It REALLY helped me a lot: very friendly shop and staff. Thank you, thank you🥹
I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and the place is very clean. They do a great job.
