Had an appointment at 4 they didn’t recognize I was inside until almost 5pm had already checked in.

One of the worst salon experiences every single time. I’ve given this place multiple chances over the past few months because it’s close to me and convenient, but I always leave disappointed and frustrated. I made an appointment, showed up on time, and was told they had no record of it. They made me wait over 30 minutes, only to then tell me no one was available to take care of me.
