I have mixed feelings about my experience here. I’ve only been twice, my first technician was wonderful, the second one not so much. A few things bothered me from the second visit. First off, the tech cut my pinky and never acknowledged it. Second, we had some miscommunications in the color I wanted and she appeared to become impatient when I was examining the polish, so I felt pressured to go through with the color even though I had reservations about it. This was my first visit to Radiance, and it won’t be my last! I asked to come in earlier for my appointment and the staff was kind enough to accommodate. My nail tech was Emily, and she was so careful, attentive, and detail oriented. She was able to do this design in less than 90 minutes and it was exactly what I wanted. I cannot stop staring at my nails. Thanks so much Emily!

I have been coming to this salon since July of 2024 and keep coming back because of how amazing the technicians are! I think pricing is very reasonable for the services offered and I even came here to get my nails done for my wedding. The technicians are very efficient and friendly, I enjoy each visit I have. Big thank you to Emily for today’s fill, I love the way this green came out!

I think it is so relaxing at Radiance and Cathy is the best ever with her wonderful massages and fine nail polish work. The large video that takes on travels throughout the world helps to relax and dream !
