Most painful pedicure that I've ever had. Instead of clipping my cuticles, simply picked them off with the tool that you typically push the cuticle down with. Clipped my toenails too short and when filing them, the pain was excruciating. I paid for the most expensive pedicure (about 50 bucks) and the technician seem hurried and completed it within 30 minutes. I just had the BEST pedicure of my life today at Serenity! Not only was the place immaculate inside, but the lady who did my pedi was the most friendly, skilled tech I have ever had! She not only carried on a friendly conversation with me, but her treatment was fabulous!!! She actually used a razor on my rough heels - first person to even ask if I wanted this treatment since I moved to Nashville over a year ago! The place is great!!! Its soothing, the nail technicians are professional and friendly, and overall it has a very welcoming atmosphere. You will have a good time.
