Today was my first time visiting this salon. I saw Kevin and he did an incredible job! I got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure with gel polish. This is probably the best set I’ve gotten in many years

I had always loved this place until today. Their website states that acrylic removal is $10 (or an additional $5 with another service). When I called to make the appointment, I specifically asked for acrylic removal for two people, so I expected the total to be $20. When it was time to pay, I was charged $40. I went back to ask why, and I was told it was because they cut and filed the nails. Not only was the acrylic removal not done properly, but I never asked for any additional service.
