My daughter needed her nails removed and they turned us away because we didn’t want to get a manicure with it. I shouldn’t be forced to get a service I don’t want, specially when she got her nails there and it was 8:40 am. The lady at the front said thy couldn’t do it because “nobody was available” because they work by appointment. We’ve come in as walk in at much busier times without a problem. They just lost our business for good.
Very professional. Very nice ladies and very clean place. I feel comfortable and enjoy each time I come. Prices are great. Facial is super good from Kim. Love this place.
