At one time, this was my favorite nail shop mainly due to the nice people I would make appointments with and the wonderful ventilation. The ventilation is still wonderful but the older woman who did my manicure and pedicure today was just rude. She did not greet me but just told me to sit down. She made me bleed and admitted to digging too deep to cut my cuticles...yet she blamed me by stating I had thick skin. I told her it hurt and asked for alcohol and she ignored me. needed a quick fix bc i’m going out of in an hour and didn’t have time i brought press on nails for them to apply for me they were fast friendly and throughout my nails look amazingggg i will definitely be back when im back in town for a fresh set 🥰
