The office environment is super nice, always very clean, with an amazing view of the city. I’m on my third visit and it’s been going very well. Everyone is really freaking nice! Doc Tyson asks me how I feel and actually seems to really care. He doesn’t pay attention to the clock or try to hurry through anything. He lets me talk and get my mind out on the table so that he understands if my meds are working. We’re going to start TMS soon. I’ll be sure to post an update.
I was very impressed with the child and adolescent psychiatry services they provide. The team truly understands the unique challenges that young patients and their families face, and their approach felt both compassionate and professional. The environment was welcoming, safe, and comforting, which made the entire mental health care experience much easier and more supportive for everyone involved.
I’m a year from my first TMS therapy. I’m feeling better than I have in years. Thanks to all the people at Serenity. I’ve really enjoyed my experience there. Don’t wait or hesitate to give them a call. My brain buddy, Savanna was the best.
Always done right by me. Professional, caring and attentive staff who really get to know you and remember you. Excellent team all around. Only doctors office I can safely say I've not had one single issue with ever.
