I can not begin to tell you how thankful I am for Serenity. My TMS tech Destiny is the best. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and is truly passionate about treatments. I always feel amazing after I leave. I am post stroke for a year and my anxiety has been extreme. I am going into my 3rd week of therapy and I can already feel changes. Thank you so much Destiny and Team!
Completely negligent office. Office staff intervene with medical care offered by doctors. Dangerous for patients who need compassionate care. Great if you need a malpractice suit to handle.
From the moment I was greeted the positivity was relaxing, I also enjoyed the encouragement in taking the first step towards recovery from my issues. Dr Tyson is a real good listener, I know for a fact I was all over the place explaining myself and situations with him, and in the end he was able to pin point what the actual issue was and how to move forward. Thank you Dr. Tyson and team!! I am looking forward to my next appointment!!
I have been receiving care at Serenity Mental Health, in the downtown Jacksonville location, since January 2026. During each visit I have been treated with compassion and kindness. Dr Tyson and his patient care team go out of their way to ensure that all of my mental and medical health needs are properly assessed and the appropriate actions are taken to address them. Absolutely the best mental health providers that I have encountered in the last 15 years. I highly recommend.
