I will recommend 100%. Dr Tran is awesome, professional and take time to explain everything.
My experience with Serenity as a company has been absolutely appalling. My biggest issue is how they handle patient privacy during TMS. I discovered that my treatments were being recorded with AUDIO AND VIDEO and could be remotely watched and reviewed. I do not recall ever being clearly informed this was happening, and I absolutely do not remember knowingly consenting to it. These are psychiatric treatments.
