this company is terrible, and does not work with their patients when they make mistakes. They cancelled on me last minute, rescheduled, never gave reminders, i then missed my appointment, rescheduled and have been waiting for my provider to no show my appointment that I was online for 10 minuites early, and have been waiting in the room for over 35 minuites just to be called by the company saying they can reschedule me again . Albert Alderton is an amazing provider. He truly cares & listens and provides solutions. I absolutely love the Cherry creek Serenity location. Nurse Teresa is amazing, I hate needles and she has made getting the infusions doable. Riley was also super helpful walking me through treatment options and explaining a to me. I also love that I can bring my dog with me to all doctor appt and treatments. Thank you Serenity and the Cherry Creek team for always being there for me, having a great attitude and helping me feel better.
