I appreciated how clearly everything was explained, including the treatment options. Scheduling follow-up visits was simple, and I left feeling heard and supported.

The culture here feels deeply transactional. The staff appears to focus primarily on financial metrics rather than providing quality, empathetic support for those dealing with mental health challenges. I cannot recommend a place that puts profit ahead of patient care.
