Scheduling a telepsychiatry appointment was helpful when getting across Austin was difficult with my work hours. The team communicated the appointment details clearly, and the provider stayed focused on my concerns during the session. Being able to discuss my mental health from home made accessing care much more manageable.
The medication management service has made it easier to keep track of my treatment and discuss concerns. The staff were polite when I had questions, and the psychiatrist took time to explain the next steps in plain language. Communication felt clear, which was a big relief for me.

What I appreciated most about the medication management service was being able to discuss my concerns openly. The staff communicated professionally and gave me time to ask questions about side effects and treatment options. I didn't feel like my concerns were being brushed aside, which made it easier to have an honest conversation about my treatment.
Tried to push an expensive TMS treatment with every visit. Required me to come in office every month even though medication was working, then refused to fill my ADHD medication because of a missed appointment. Do not recommend.
