Everyone is super helpful and very kind. I feel like I am part of the serenity family.
I’ve been working with Dr. Manwaring or just about two years now. Very low pressure and understands the situation. I’ve had a great experience.
I feel like I was listened to and understood about how I've been feeling and the doc truly seemed to want to help get to the bottom of why I'm feeling this way. Everyone was very nice and helped with any questions I had.
DO NOT GO HERE. Staff is friendly on the outside but very few of the doctors actually listen to concerns and experiences. Had primary insurance that was accepted but upon learning my secondary insurance was under Medicaid they canceled all appointments, medication, and future care even though that secondary was never billed and I was completely covered under my primary. They will take your money without providing real care and drop without hesitation. Absolutely deplorable behavior and policies.
