My husband called to make an appointment and specifically asked the intake specialist if the providers will refill a medication that he has been taking for 15 years. He was assigned to a nurse practitioner who wouldn't prescribe his medications stating "we don't do that here". Whoever makes these appointments should be upfront with potential new patients so that time and effort will not be wasted.
I had 5 days sober prior to coming here. I was told my sobriety is pretty much a crapshoot and that i would relapse one way or another. I am literally drinking myself to death and was offered TMS therapy. I was told to go purchase vitamins to help with my depression. This place made me feel stupid for even attempting to help myself. Waste of money. Oh, And they dont give change if you pay your copay with cash. Read please the reviews. This is not a place that will help you. They will only kick you when you are down.
Go here if you want a new provider every month and struggle to get you meds refilled. This place sucks
Beware! This company cares about 1 thing and 1 thing only: pushing TMS on people to make as much money as possible. They are unethical in the way they operate and treat both their staff and clients. Wouldn’t touch this place with a mile long pole.
The doctors are nice the staff is nice. However be aware that this is a ketamine and TMS clinic. They will push those two treatment options on your hard like a used car salesman, while ignoring your actual concerns and issues. Also pleased be advised that while it says on their website they offer counseling services, they do not.
