My experience with the front desk at Serenity Mental Health was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. When I called to schedule an appointment, the staff member immediately told me they do not accept Tricare. She did this without asking for my name, date of birth, referral information, or making any attempt whatsoever to verify whether my referral had already been submitted or approved. Will never use this service again the people who they hire for therapy are huge issue extremely inappropriate and will not come back here again
I remember Frank from 2015 when I first started going to the serenity office . He was always so nice, caring and very professional. I recommend this office to anyone looking for good patient care especially for primary care services. I love that serenity health has started offering primary care services and is a one stop shop for primary care . I really appreciate how caring Dr Morales is as well .
