The whole staff was wonderful. I have helped planned at least 8 family members funeral. I have never experienced such ease of getting everything done. Also there was no pressure selling. They did not show me the most expensive casket during my time of bereavement. They showed me what I needed and allowed me to make a decision. I hope I don't need them for a long time but I won't ever use anyone else.

Mike and his whole staff are wonderful. They were so helpful and accommodating during one of the worst times of our lives. Serenity Memorial Chapel provides a great and genuine caring service where the Director Mike Adkins and staff are there to provide the best service for you and your loved one. They understand death in some cases come unexpectedly and some families are not prepared emotionally or financially and they're still willing to work with that family and provide an A1 service for their loved one. So, as the slogan says "Call (816) 599-2939 whenever it's that time"
The entire staff made us feel right at home. They took care of us, and made us feel like family. With my mothers sudden passing we didnt know what we were gonna do. But they did an extraordinary job, in every aspect. Thank you all and may God continue to bless your business.
