Mike Adkins and the staff at Serenity are truly angels on earth. I don’t think you’re ever truly prepared when a loved one passes on but they’re with you every step of the way. Serenity staff became that extended family that helped get us through one of the most difficult times. They were with us from the first phone call and still check in to see how we’re doing. The love and warmth felt during this entire process was amazing. Kansas City is very lucky to have Serenity. My family is forever grateful!
