Joy Sheppard is awesome and was super informative. She took great care in helping me to achieve the best results. The spa itself is really welcoming and has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend both Joy as well as Serenity Medspa!
This was my first time at the new location. I havent been back for a while as I felt there was some bad service a few years ago, but meeting with Elizabeth today for a Hydrafacial totally changed my mind! She was warm, friendly and informative on how to take care of my skin. Best visit for me at Serenity. I book my next two facials. Hopefully, the good service will continue.

After moving to SF nearly 4 years ago I have struggled to find a medspa that I really liked. My most common occurrence with other medspas was my Botox was wearing off after about a month. I thought maybe after years of Botox use, it was no longer as effective. But then I went to Serenity Medspa and my Botox was done quite well and lasted a good 4 months like I am used to. Beautiful office, friendly efficient staff. Easy to be seen on short notice. Very happy!
Very attentive - both, Joy, who worked on me & the front desk as well! Will keep coming!! Really happy!
