Totally unprofessional. I needed someone to clean my house after moving out. I called Serenity a week before the moving/cleaning date and scheduled a cleaning. She was very nice on the phone and said that she'll call the day before to confirm. The day before, I didn't get a confirmation phone call so I needed up calling instead. She was happy that I called because apparently she has lost my phone number and then started rambling of my home address which was not the correct address... at that point I started to get a little w... read more
