My great grandmother was ignored and in pain all night and the following day.....when my grandmother went to go visit her my great grandmother said she wasn’t given her pain med and was really scared and in a lot of pain and my great grandmother never complains ever! My mother in law went to Serenity House today. The facilities and staff are incredible. On our way home and feel good about where we left her for the night. Mom is an amazing mom and granny she deserves the best and the family is greatful

My mom was at Serenity House for just a few days. Her passing was not peaceful or pleasant but the caring staff and doctor helped her to go as peacefully as possible and for that my family and I are eternally grateful.
What a wonderful place, I can't say enough. So peaceful, wonderful caring nurses. They took great care of my Father in his final days.
My father just completed a three month stay here. He (and my mother and me) were surrounded by amazing care, love and tenderness. I will be forever grateful that my dad's final months were in such a wonderful environment, where he thrived and left us comfortably and at peace. Love, the family of Robert Jacobs.
You guys took care of my dad when his time came. I will forever be grateful for the staff there who took such good care of him. You guys are real heroes for me.
