RecommendedI cannot say enough amazing things about the level of care and comfort we received from Serenity Hospice. They provided not only amazing care for my father that was dying of cancer, but they also provided much needed support for myself and family. I truly do not know what we would have done without Serenity.
They have Covid positive employee's and don't let the patient's know. also they don't let their other employee's know when other staff members are positive!! also they open employee's thank you cards that were given to them by patient's family members before the employee gets them!!! They only care about getting more patient's not about their health!! This is why my wife quit!! They run that place like human lives don't matter!!
These people are amazing. They helped take care of my dad, during a time I never wanted to face. They had compassion and understanding. Members of their amazing team came to console my family when they weren’t even working on a holiday. Dedicated people all of them. While my family member was in their care, he received professional, caring staff we could of asked for. Director of patient care Jenni Thorn, Michelle Bainbridge RN, Michele Dunn CNA went beyond the call of duty. My family would highly recommend this hospice company.
my dad was sent home from Missouri Baptist on Hospice , chosing Serinity was the best thing I could have done for my Dad . The staff taking care of him are all so caring and full of answers and they all fit in well with us. The care they have gave my dad in just the couple weeks they have been do it has been exceptional .
